2019 Taking the Nine and making it Mine! "9 Powerful Declarations"

Put the words to WORK! The power lies in our tongue! Too many times we miss the opportunity to speak into our own lives but rather rely on others to speak life-changing words over us. Surely, heartfelt empowerment is needed to encourage one another, but it is up to us to grab ahold and believe that we can speak great and awesome things in our lives.

One of the greatest realities that we should embrace is that we have the POWER to speak to our destiny. If we desire to have the best life ever, then who is more qualified to speak and activate this positivity in our life than we ourselves?

It is imperative in 2019, that we know who we are! God created all of us in his image –meaning we were created in the reflection of some of His very own perfections and excellences. First, we must believe that we are created in this manner. The power of believing is right at our fingertips, but yet, at times it can be our biggest struggle.

So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him;

male and female created he them. Genesis 1:27 (KJV)

Using our voice to speak powerful statements using authoritative words opens a window of opportunity for it to happen. What matters is what we do with the opportunity.

A declaration is the act of announcing something; making a strong statement, or affirmation. There are many powerful declarations (words) that we can speak over our life that can cause tremendous results. So, why not speak declarations over our life?

In my morning meditation, I could see these words: "Abundant ______ Life." So my thoughts were, why was there is a “blank” between the words. Often times we hear the term abundant life or having life more abundantly in various settings. One is referenced in the scripture John 10:10, after the thief comes to steal, kill and destroy…then it goes on to say how Jesus came so that we may have life, and have it more abundantly.

Well, the abundant life in that scripture refers to the abundance in eternal life. Yes, we want an abundance of all the marvelous and glorious things in God’s kingdom in eternity. However, Matthew 6:10 refers to the Lord’s Prayer; “Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” This prayer is about the kingdom taking place here on earth as it is in heaven, and this is an awesome thing, AND we still can look forward to the great everlasting fulfillment to come. Everything about the Kingdom of Heaven is good and abundant–so we can have plenty of good things here on earth.

Be ecstatic about the fact that we can experience the abundance here on earth as it is in heaven. The word abundant is used figuratively throughout the Bible and in our world today as meaning: A sense of beyond, above measure and simply put… large amounts. It is God’s desire that we have an abundant filled life while living here.

We can view it this way; when there are two super power words like “abundant life”, I believe we can insert another positive, effectual and purposeful word to make it even more powerful.

I would much rather fill the blank with an amazing word than let a negative word take its place. I mean really, who wants the abundant “negative” life declaration spoken for themselves? Abundance can manifest in many life forms, so we want to make sure we are filling the blanks with positive fruitful declarations.

Here are the nine striking and amazing declarations we can SPEAK and declare over our own lives.

Read it, speak it and declare an,

  1. “Abundant Fruitful Life”.

  2. “Abundant Healthy Life”

  3. “Abundant Wealthy Life”

  4. “Abundant Creative Life”

  5. “Abundant Purposeful Life”

  6. “Abundant Insightful Life”

  7. “Abundant Knowledgeable Life”

  8. “Abundant Peaceful Life”

  9. “Abundant Loving Life”

Now this is one list but I encourage you to create more. If you believe it, you can have it. Each one of these declarations are ours to proclaim. This is a year that can change how we speak into our own lives. We want to be full of goodness and great opportunities for successful living.

The Apostle Paul says this well:

My brothers and sisters, I myself am convinced that you yourselves are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, and are able to teach each other. Romans 15:14 (CEB)

I encourage everyone to grab ahold of these nine declarations and speak them over our life daily, weekly, monthly or as often as possible. Believe in our heart that we can have what we say!
